Our Refund & Returns Policy

 

At HelloSproutbaby, LLC, we truly care about every customer and every order. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of your purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to issue a full refund or exchange—but we’ll always do our best to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned. These include

Personalized Items

Soiled clothing items

Hazardous materials or flammable items

Gift cards (although not our Sproutbaby greeting cards)

Downloadable digital products

Some health and personal care items

We’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please don’t send your return to the product manufacturer—send it directly to us.

 

Partial Refunds

In a few cases, partial refunds may be granted. Please contact us for information.

 


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we got it—and let you know whether your refund was approved.
If it is, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days. Our goal is to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

 

Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

First, double-check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card provider—it can take a few days for refunds to show up.

Next, check with your bank’s customer service department.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are a final sale and can’t be refunded.

 


Exchanges

 

We’re happy to exchange items that arrive defective or damaged . If that’s the case, email us at moms@hellosproutbaby.com. You may be asked to send the item to:

Please write “TIME SENSITIVE” on the package.

 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll send you a gift credit once we receive your return.

If the gift was sent to the giver and then passed along to you later, we’ll need to issue the refund to them directly.

 


Returning an Item

Your package will contain information on returning defective or damaged items. Please follow those directions. If necessary to return it,

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you’re returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance—we want to make sure your item gets safely back to us.
