Everything You Need to Know Before (and After) You Order

Are your products in stock?
Yes! Card Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Other items take a bit longer if they are personalized.
If you’re ordering large orders of CARDS (50+ packs or 200+ cards), shoot us an email first at moms@hellosproutbaby.com so we can prep that order for you.

Is my information safe when I order?
Absolutely. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption. Your private and payment info stays private — period.

How do I place an order?
Just add your favorites to the cart and hit “Checkout.” Follow the steps — shipping, billing, done!

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We sure do — we ship to Canada and Australia too! See more on our International Shipping page.

Will I get order and shipping updates?
Yes. You’ll get an email when you place your order and another when it ships. If you created an account, you can track it anytime.

How do you ship orders?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Can you rush my order?
Yes — if we have the stock!
Need Express Shipping? It’s $35. If your package is heavier than 3 lbs, extra shipping charges apply — and we’ll contact you first to confirm.

What if my package gets lost, stolen, or damaged?
If it is cards you ordered, no worries!

  • Lost or stolen? We replace it — free.
  • Damaged? We send a fresh order at no charge.
  • Items coming from our supplier need to be handled through them. Notify us at moms@hellosproutbaby.com immediately.

What’s you return policy?
Not thrilled? You have 14 days to get a refund.

  • Email us for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return items in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs aren’t refunded (even if you got free shipping — actual shipping charges are deducted).

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us ASAP at moms@hellosproutbaby.com.

Do you mail printed catalogs?
No printed catalogs — everything you need is right here on our Home and Shop pages!

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe.
(Sorry — no checks or money orders right now.)

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Orders of 200+ cards automatically qualify for a 10% discount.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet.

Is there an affiliate program?
Not right now.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We don’t currently offer wholesale rates.

Can I request a link exchange?
Depends — email us at moms@hellosproutbaby.com!

Where can I find your Privacy Policy?
Right here!
Bottom line: We never sell or share your info. By shopping with us, you agree to the policy. We’ll post updates if anything changes.

How important is customer service to you?

What if there’s an error on the website?
Mistakes happen. If they do, we’ll correct the info and get in touch with you if your order is affected.

What should I do if my package is damaged on arrival?
If the box looks damaged, note it on the carrier’s receipt before signing.
File a claim right away with the carrier and notify us too — we’ll help make it right.

What happens if my package is refused or undeliverable?
Returned packages will be charged original shipping costs and any fees to re-send it.
